I usually make my own if using one as meal replacement. 2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup oats, banana, 2 tbsp PB, cup of milk, and some ice. Use this when trying to gain weight. I adjust how much of each depending on how many calories I want. Don't use the meal replacement shakes or mass gainers. Too many sugary carbs in there for me.
