I am recovering from a bicep tendon partial tear. No surgery and healing up nicely. Everyone says deca great for tendons and joints. I also read that winny is great for strengthening tendons and ligaments. Which one would be better ? Is it possible to use both or since one retain water and one doesn't would they be ineffective together? I want to build muscle not concerned with cutting so much at this time but don't want to lose all my definition. I am 5'7" 175# 45 yo. Test E my base. Any other recommendations be appreciated!
