PF, just. rarely got in there...as much as I'd like to have.

Joined because they are 24 hrs, or were..? Cuz my YMCA, and regular gym (powerhouse) don't open til 5:00 a.m. & used to actually get up early bout 3:00 & get it done,[ in my home gym], pack food & hit the road for work { 5:00/need to leave}, so now that im back at it last 6-7 months, " and" just went back to midnights, so I can pretty much get my training in anytime, and of 4 different places ( including @/ work) " Zero ~ Excuses "...! Thinking of utilizing the home gym again.. After rearranging & tossing some of the
Accumilation thru the years..any rate...I just thought that snippet was funny, cuz when I used to watch TV, I remember how funny that " Lunk" was in the commercial..
