Inject 12.5-25mg ed about 1-2 hours pre w/o. I love dbz's inj sd. When I was younger I could tolerate a 20mg oral dose but now I,ve dropped to 12.5mg inj ed and the results are still great and it doesnt destroy my stomach/appetite like the higher dose. The pump and strength gains are unmatched imo
