my cycle test e / deca / tbol ... please advise

i will be starting my next cycle which will consist of test e/deca/tbol. need help in dosages , this is what i was thinking for dosage , any advice will be appreciated it .

week 1-12 test e 250mg monday and 250mg thursday
week 1-6 tbol 60mg ed

how do i incorporate deca into cycle ? can i mix it with test on same syringe ? what dosage ?how many times a week ?and how many weeks do i run it for ?

i have done test e at 500mg/ week and tbol at 60mg ed for 6 weeks with no sides and great results . i will be introducing deca to my body for the first time
