^^^basically what he said. I was doing 250 a day for a week and I wasn't really feeling anything except a little heat to I upped it and really felt it. Everybody is different when it comes to dnp. I've seen some guys run 750 for like a week. For me if you wanting to run that long I'd stay at 250. Or you could alter days. Do one week 250 one 500 back to 250.
