Buck's ..have been neglecting squats as if late, but few weeks back deadlifted 400, after several sets working up too, then strip & back down, use to, and prefer to do my squats & heads same day/ workout.warmups for 1, then the other , get warmed up in both moves/ lifts.. , finish up squats, then bangnout deads...! Strip em' then do cross the bench dB pull overs for a nice stretch, 3 sets of 10-12
Is plenty there, catch breath, go home eat, eat, eat &/grow
