On a low carb day I kept my carbs at or under 100g and upped my protein and fats. I've also not done carb cycling in a long time as I didn't care for the highs and lows and for me the dialing in process was easier on a steady diet. You handle carbs pretty well from what I see so I'm sure your good to go with just a med and high carb day much like your doing now.
