Starting to get back on my routine and discipline. It feels good. Yesterday was legs for me and glutes/legs for the Mrs. Today trained the Mrs. HIIT/ Push/Pull with some abs. Then I worked Chest and Biceps. Strength still coming back from my long illness but mind is back and size is back to normal (HUGE). Finally look like a bodybuilder again, might have looked big to everyone else but I could tell my muscles had emptied.
