Hi,
I am new to M&S but have been logging for a while. I took these pics in a rush to get them up for a transformation contest but it was postponed so I thought I'd use them for a start on this log.
I have been bulking for about 6 months and eating just about everything to get the last 10lbs on. You can tell I am the fattest I have been in years in these pics. Since 2011 I have gone from a fatass 210 down to skinny 155 then slowly back up to 230. I am 5'10". My goal at this time is to finish off this Test Primo run and begin to cut the bodyfat. I am really not trying to lose weight just fat.
Current diet is changing over to clean foods while keeping protein 200+g/day, fiber up, and all carbs from good sources.
Switching over to Test P, Tren A, Mast P gear in 2 weeks.
TRAINING
Will be varied. I have a 5 day split that I use and also flux the Arnold Encyclopedia workouts in when I feel like being sore.
1.) Shoulders, Calves, Abs
2.) Chest, Tris
3.) Back, Bi's, Calves
4.) Legs, Calves, Abs
*5.)Arms, (optional)
The Arnold workouts are:
1.) Squats, Lunges, Leg Curls, Straight Leg Deads, Good Mornings, Standing Calves, Crunches
2.) BB Clean and Press, Lateral Raises, Upright Rows, Overhead Press, Standing BB Curls, Seated DB Curls, Skull Crusher, Press Down Machine, Wrist Curls, Reverse Wrist Curls, Crunches
3.) Flat Bench, Incline Bench, DB Flys, Pull Overs, Chins, Rows, Bent Over Rows, Deads, Calves Seated/Standing
