That's what I'd initially thought as well. But then saw numerous guys who got the lady pregnant on cycle.. I looked into it a bit and there's a theory that basically if enough exogenous testosterone is circulating the body it can restart the spermatogenesis cycle without the need of coming off cycle. I'd have to spend a few hours looking where I found it. But it worked for me, and surprisingly fast! We were never using any protection from the start, but I'd never used the test quite so high either (usually 350-600/wk)
