Well... A Hell of a workout in the books.
I'm pretty sure the 1.5ml of juice I pinned, with most of it being TNE, is gonna have my leg in some pain tomorrow. I feel it creepin up. It's a little sore now.
It's nothing though. That shit doesn't faze me.
I have been working out for much longer lately,,, when I can and have the time. Like the other night I lifted for an hour and 45 mins. Today I lifted for 1.5 hours, but I only left because I had to be at work soon. I would have kept going. Even on days I don't really feel like going,,, once I get in there and start then everything changes and I don't want to stop.
