Current situation is not training this week resting mayb light stretching so I am not tight as hell at the meet. Hit all my planned opening lifts last week with ease. So it's rest for 5 days then lift.
Hoping for a 1500lbs 3 lift total. I am Going to be @225 lbs give or take a few lbs. At 6ft 225 and 8-9% not your best build for powerlifting I am just doing it for fun as I was invited by friends and aquatences.
1500 is a very good total. Especially first time out. It's a raw meet?
