I'm doing 1ml eod with 40mg of var ed. Im on week 5 of 10. Changed my workout up getting stronger and stronger yesterday was chest...bench 135 x5 155 x3 175 x3 195 x3 175 x3 155 x3 135 x5. I did the same workout on incline and decline. Dumbbells 50 x10 55 x10 60x10 55 x10 50 x10. Same on incline and decline. Chest cable pulls 60 x10 70 x10 80 x10... 150 push-ups 50 pull ups. I currently weigh 158 lbs started at 140lbs growing everyday thanks gold star.
