Anyone on the fence about KAP customer service, and responsiveness, you have nothing to worry about.
I will definitely use him again.
If you are having customer service issues with KAP, pull your head out of your ass, and double check what your doing. If you are doing it exactly as directed you won't have any issues at all whatsoever.
